Este es un contrato celebrado entre IUSI & INVESTMENT CORP, en lo sucesivo denominado “EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE AYUDA LIMITADA” (Termino utilizado compromete por el servicio de inmigración de los Estados Unidos y , en adelante denominado “EL SOLICITANTE (S)”, el día , , 2021_. Por este medio EL SOLICITANTE a “EL PROVEEDOR DE AYUDA LIMITADA” a proporcionar servicios descritos en este documento bajo “Alcance y estilo del Servicios” proporcionando la información necesaria y a tiempo para la prestación del servicio. EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE AYUDA LIMITADA, se compromete por este medio al proporcionar al solicitante los servicios abajo descritos de preparación básica de documentos, a cambio de una contraprestación descrita en el presente documento en el apartado “Pago por servicios prestados”, que de manera alguna debe entenderse como honorarios por servicios legales, ya que EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE AYUDA LIMITADA, deja constancia y así lo entiende “EL SOLICITANTE”, que no tiene conocimientos de procedimientos legales de inmigración, que son propios de un profesional del derecho o de un proveedor de servicios autorizados por el servicio de los Estados Unidos. ALCANCE Y FORMA DE LOS SERVICIOS: Servicios por prestar por “EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE AYUDA LIMITADA” quien se compromete a: 1.- Completar el formulario correspondiente a la solicitud de STATUS DE PROTECCION TEMPORAL Y AUTORIZACION DE EMPLEO de “EL SOLICITANTE” por ante el Servicio de Inmigración de los Estados Unidos, con la información y datos aportados por este, a través del cuestionario que le será remitido por correo electrónico. 2.- Ayuda para organizar el paquete que acompañara la Aplicación y junto con todos los soportes que ha suministrados “El SOLICITANTE” para su envió al Servicio de Inmigración. PAGO DE SERVICIOS PRESTADOS. Como contraprestación por los servicios prestados EL SOLICITANTE” acuerda efectuar el pago a “EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE AYUDA LIMITADA”, por la suma de $ , los cuales deberán pagarse de contado con la entrega del servicio. DIVULGACIONES: El resultado del Formulario completado por “EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE AYUDA LIMITADA” es determinado por USCIS ( Servicios de Inmigración de los Estados Unidos , por sus siglas en Ingles) , como tal “EL SOLICITANTE” reconoce y entiende que “EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE AYUDA LIMITADA”, no ha hecho promesas o garantías sobre el resultado y no puede hacerlo, cualquier demora ocasionada por la falta de suministro a tiempo de la información necesaria para la prestación del servicio, que ocasione demora, será de su única responsabilidad. “EL SOLICITANTE” de servicios reconoce que “EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE AYUDA LIMITADA, no es abogado y no proporciona ni ofrece asesoría legal. “EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE AYUDA LIMITADA’ presta servicios con el consentimiento y la información proporcionada por EL SOLICITANTE, quien se compromete a proporcionar información veraz y correcta. LEY APLICABLE Este contrato se regirá por las leyes del Condado de Broward en el Estado de la Florida y cualquier otra ley federal que aplicable en materia de contratos.

This is a contract concluded between IUSI & INVESTMENT CORP, hereinafter referred to as "THE LIMITED AID SERVICE PROVIDER" (Term used by the immigration service of the United States and hereinafter referred to as "THE APPLICANT (s)", on . By this means THE APPLICANT commits "THE LIMITED HELP PROVIDER” to provide services described in this document under "Scope and Style of the Services" by providing the necessary information and in time for the provision of the service. THE LIMITED HELP SERVICE PROVIDER hereby undertakes to provide the applicant with the following basic document preparation services, in exchange for a consideration described in this document under the heading "Payment for services rendered", which should in no way be construed as fees for legal services, since THE LIMITED HELP SERVICE PROVIDER records and is understood by "THE APPLICANT (s)", who has no knowledge of legal immigration procedures, which are specific to a legal professional or a service provider authorized by the United States service. SCOPE AND FORM OF SERVICES: Services to be provided by "THE LIMITED HELP SERVICE PROVIDER" who undertakes to: 1.- Complete the form (s) corresponding to the application for Temporary Protection Status TPS and Employment Authorization of "THE APPLICANT" by the United States Immigration Service, with the information and data provided by it, via the questionnaire sent to you by e-mail. 2.- Assistance in arranging the package accompanying the I-821-/I765 Application, and together with all the media you have provided "The APPLICANT" for shipment to the Immigration Service. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED As consideration for the services provided THE APPLICANT" agrees to make the payment to "THE LIMITED HELP SERVICE PROVIDER" in the amount Of $ , which must be paid in cash with the delivery of the service. DISCLOSURES: The outcome of the Form completed by "THE LIMITED HELP SERVICE PROVIDER" is determined by USCIS (United States Immigration Services , in its English acronym) as such "THE APPLICANT" recognizes and understands that "THE PROVIDER OF LIMITED HELP SERVICES" has made no promises or assurances as to the outcome and cannot do so, any delay caused by the lack of timely provision of the information necessary for the provision of the service, which causes delay, will be your sole responsibility. "THE SERVICE APPLICANT" acknowledges that "THE LIMITED HELP SERVICE PROVIDER is not a lawyer and does not provide or offer legal advice. "THE LIMITED HELP SERVICE PROVIDER' provides services with the consent and information provided by THE APPLICANT, who undertakes to provide truthful and correct information. APPLICABLE LAW This contract shall be governed by the laws of Broward County in the State of Florida and any other federal law applicable to contracts. SIGNATURES:
